IRIE Hemp Company is dedicated to simple natural solutions for improving health and wellness. We produce the finest flavored and the most pure CBD hemp oil. Our high quality hemp extracts provide a broad spectrum of cannabinoids and other natural constituents found in high CBD hemp plants.
Our extracts are are produced in the USA utilizing pure, raw, whole-plant industrial hemp material. All of our formulations are tested by independent 3rd party USA Labs to ensure they are of the highest standard throughout every step in the extraction process. Our extracts are made from sustainably grown hemp, without the use of harmful pesticides and herbicides. The resulting product is pure hemp oil. These oils are produced using a unique extraction process that can reliably reproduce the natural, balanced phytochemical profile of the original hemp cultivars. Unlike many commonly available CBD oils that are made using harsh chemicals as part of the extraction process, our oils are produced using a Supercritical CO2 extraction process with medical grade CO2.

MEET TEAM IRIE
Dr. Rick Potts, Co-Founder
Dr. Rick Potts is a dedicated healer with over twenty-five years’ experience as a chiropractor, nutritionist, and business owner. Helping others thrive is his passion. His gifts as a health practitioner include partnering with his clients and guiding them in the direction most powerful for their healing. In addition, Rick is passionate about assessing the most pressing health needs, both nationally and globally, and intentionally creating solutions, systems, and businesses to support health at the macro level.
As a doctor of chiropractic he owned and operated the Camten Quality of Life Center, a multi-disciplinary clinic, in Houston for 12 years. He taught BioGeometric Integration (BGI) seminars to chiropractors with Dr. Sue Brown for five years. In 2002 he and his wife moved to northern California where he studied frequency and sound healing. At that time he founded Vibrant Health Wellness Programs providing metabolic testing and nutritional counseling to clients across the country.
He is blessed with a loving wife and partner, Wendy and two grown sons, Austen and Cameron. He loves the beaches of San Diego, hiking with friends in the mountains, and meditative retreats.
Karen Lane, MSN, Co-Founder
Karen Lane has thirty years of experience in healthcare. Healthcare professional, visionary, and leader are all words that describe Karen. But to really convey Karen to the world it is better to use the attributes her friends know her by – caring, loving, joyful. She began her career as a nurse in San Diego where she served as Executive Director of Nursing at a local hospital. She loved her work as a nursing leader, but the visionary in her saw a need unfulfilled. The need was one of complementary, holistic support to people dealing with serious chronic illnesses. This led her to partner in a startup company designed to assist those with chronic illness. Her new company provided groundbreaking ‘wrap around’ support to the people most in need, seeing each individual as unique in their needs and their abilities and partnering with them to improve their ability to successfully manage their own, sometimes very complex, care and to significantly increase their quality of life. This company was acquired by a larger company where Karen was an active leader, receiving many accolades and awards. Again, to know Karen is to know the real human that puts people first and gets things done through her example of ‘let’s do this right’. Karen has been through her own personal struggles with chronic illness which has further showed her grace under fire. For many years the only treatment available was pharmaceuticals which came with a high price on the body. She continued to seek out solutions which eventually led her into the world of Quantum Biofeedback. She has experienced complete remission in her condition and is passionate about bringing ‘simple, natural solutions’ to all that are inclined.
Trevor Hill, Co-Founder
Trevor is a storyteller with a heart. His award-winning documentaries tell a story of the man telling the story. It is through his collective works that his eye for detail and depth of caring become apparent. He has produced several documentaries ranging from Everything Is Incredible, The Religious Test, Karoshi: The Ethic of Work, Our Lady of The Bayous, and The Forgotten People of Wyoming. Everything Is Incredible won several awards, including: Vimeo, Staff Pick, and one of the Top 10 Films of 2012; Anthem Film Festival, Excellence in Filmmaking Award; Cinequest, Best Documentary Short; Logan Film Festival, Best Documentary Short; DC Shorts Film Festival, Festival Directors Choice; Superfest International Disability Film Festival, Merit Award; and was picked up for distribution by Global Oneness Project, that works with filmmakers “who challenge us to rethink our relationship to the world.” The Religious Test was screened at several prestigious universities and film festivals around the country. In 2012, he screened his documentary, Karoshi and The Ethic of Work at the global workforce conference, Corpus Operis in Berlin and the Thought Leadership Institute conference in New York City.
Trevor’s latest passion is healing and wellness. It is a passion born out of his own desire for wholeness and fulfillment but this desire transcends the personal, it is a hope and dream for collective healing. It is the pursuit of ‘simple, natural solutions’ so all may benefit.
A father of 5, he’s an avid surfer, he grew up living amongst the magic and wonder of the coastal Redwood Forest, and continues to draw inspiration from his favorite beach town, Santa Cruz CA.
